• You could book multiple chimney services like basic cleaning / deep cleaning along with installations in single booking
• If you are availing the service, no inspection charge, pay only the service charge. Incase you are not availing the service you have to pay the stove inspection charge 199/-, Hob inspection charge 299/-, Chimney inspection charge 299/- extra
• Chimney basic cleaning includes: – filters, outer body, defuser with cleaning solution to wipe the oil (outside only).
• The price mentioned are for chimney cleaning, if want to repair your chimney then additional charges applicable.
• Incase not feasible to clean the chimney in your premises, technician take the chimney to service centre and after the cleaning install the chimney.
• Charges mentioned for per chimney unit.
• If you shifted your chimney from different site it might not work due to damage during transportation for that we are not responsible, we only provide warranty for our service.
• Our technicians could not bring stools or ladders for chimney cleaning, customer have to provide the same.
• Based on your chimney’s condition technician may recommend deep cleaning but without your prior permission technicians won’t do additional services.
• Get a complete rate card before availing the service, no more surprises on pricing. No hidden charges, you would know your options.
• We don’t use spare parts provided by customer.
• Payment can be made through online digital wallet payment or cash. Cheque shall not be accepted.
